Project Plugged In™ is the first of its kind, end to end program for providing affordable computers, internet access, web development, education and training through neighborhood associations to individual households in revitalized inner city communities everywhere.

Blue Hills is the first community to implement this important concept. The Blue Hills Neighborhood Association, in alliance with Project Plugged In™, is leading the way with this new model of computing and connectivity.
